Agreement to These Terms
By booking a session, contacting us through our website, or using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all appointments booked through Lymphatic Drainage Massage Abu Dhabi, whether at a home, apartment, villa, hotel, or serviced residence across the city.
Our Service
Lymphatic Drainage Massage Abu Dhabi provides Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage therapy delivered by DOH-certified therapists at a location of your choosing across Abu Dhabi. Our services are wellness-focused and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Nothing on our website, in our marketing materials, or communicated by our therapists should be interpreted as a medical claim or guarantee of specific results.
Client Responsibilities
By booking a session, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your health, recent procedures, pregnancy status, and any medical conditions relevant to treatment
- Obtain surgeon clearance before booking a post-operative session, and provide confirmation of this if requested
- Inform your therapist immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or an adverse reaction during treatment
- Provide a safe, clean, and accessible space for the therapist to work in
- Be present and available at the confirmed appointment time and location
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if a client withholds relevant health information, if a session location is deemed unsafe for the therapist, or if continuing treatment would pose a risk to the client’s wellbeing.
Eligibility for Treatment
Certain health conditions may make lymphatic drainage massage unsuitable, including but not limited to active infections, untreated blood clots, congestive heart failure, active cancer treatment, or acute kidney conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any such conditions before booking. Lymphatic Drainage Massage Abu Dhabi is not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed health information.
Payment Terms
Session fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods are outlined at the time of booking. Prices listed on our website are subject to change, though the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations are governed by our separate Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined there, including applicable cancellation fees for late cancellations or no-shows.
Limitation of Liability
While every session is delivered by trained, DOH-certified therapists using recognized MLD technique, Lymphatic Drainage Massage Abu Dhabi does not guarantee specific physical outcomes, as individual response to treatment varies based on health condition, recovery stage, and how the body responds. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymphatic Drainage Massage Abu Dhabi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential effects arising from treatment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE law.
Therapist Conduct and Client Safety
Our therapists are trained to maintain professional conduct and appropriate boundaries at all times during in-home and hotel sessions. Any client behavior that a therapist reasonably considers unsafe, inappropriate, or threatening will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will remain payable.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, service descriptions, and images — is the property of Lymphatic Drainage Massage Abu Dhabi and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH). Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. The version published on our website at the time of your booking applies to that appointment.
