Booking a lymphatic drainage massage Abu Dhabi appointment with us is meant to be straightforward, but because sessions involve real scheduling, travel time for therapists, and — for many clients — post-procedure recovery timing, a few clear policies help avoid confusion on both sides. Please review the following before scheduling your appointment.
Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on our website. Please provide your preferred service, date, time, and location — including whether it’s a home, apartment, villa, hotel, or serviced residence — at the time of booking. For post-procedure sessions, please mention your procedure and how many days or weeks post-op you are, since this helps us confirm therapist suitability and appropriate technique in advance. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.
Before your first session, we ask that you disclose any relevant health conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or medications that may affect treatment. For post-operative clients, we require confirmation that your surgeon has cleared you for lymphatic massage before your first appointment.
We understand plans change. You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 12–24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less notice will be accommodated where possible, subject to therapist availability.
Cancellations made with at least 12–24 hours’ notice are free of charge. Cancellations made with less notice, or same-day cancellations, may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
Since therapists travel to your location for a scheduled time slot, late arrivals on your end may result in a shortened session to accommodate the therapist’s next appointment, with no reduction in fee.
We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the end of the session unless otherwise arranged.
All therapists follow strict hygiene protocols and arrive with clean, sanitized equipment, including a portable professional massage table, for every appointment.
